MORE DRAMA

its about 8:57pm

tonight we had an officer come by our house and tell us those people down the street made a complaint about us to leave them alone tossed around restraining order as well and brought up he watched the video from my security camera on youtube of the bad guy riding his bike in front of my house.
this tells me the lady who lives down the street sat and talked with the officer for a while and they watched my videos.. seriously listen to this the police officer watched the videos of this guy her brother in law ripping down my flag and driving off.... for all I know the brother in law was right there too talking to this cop I dont know if he watched from her phone or inside their home... but the police officer was there at their house... you think he could have said you know this guy does look like the guy in the video... this was the chance to arrest this guy
NOPE!
now we are the bad guys LOL

this cop sided with her cause he came to talk to us tell us to stay away
stop taking photos of him

I asked is it against the law to be in a public street to take a photo of someone?
he said no
I asked is it against the law to take my video footage and upload it?
he said nope

cause that was uploaded for the original first cop cause I couldn't email the video I asked if it was ok to you tube it and send him it.

I said to my self then why is he telling me I cant take photos and to leave them alone
I told the guy I was there cause I was looking for a address number
I didnt go down there looking for trouble it just so happened he came out of the house when I was down there. and yes I did ask hows my flag!
and I HAVE proof about the incorrect address with emails and times and dates. so.................

so here is the deal
Gordon has had enough
that cop tonight pushed his last button!
the cop Leo guy also said that the detective is super busy giving us the impression we just don't matter. hes too busy lots of other things he has to take care of.
but yet told by the chief and detective we do matter and it will be taken care of. they wont let this go... you know its almost a month on the 2nd of sept it will be

well we dont care any more
I will let this go 'I know' I said I wouldn't let this go 'but I am'

why?
cause I we wont win no matter how much proof I have no matter who this guy is
they will protect HIM not us.
Gordon has decided to no longer hang out front
no longer get involved with anyone around the hood. and NO to the neighborhood watch as well the police were here last night talking with us about this.. starting a new group in the neighborhood.
from now on we will hang out in the back of the house watch the game there
he said he would take down all his red sox in the front and garage
I think thats a tad extreme but hes that pissed off.

we will wait for leeann to finish school and we are out of here moving the hell away from margate
I asked if he wants to start packing
he said not right now. he doesnt want lee ann disrupted in school
im ready to rent the POD and start packing now.
